Event Producer
An Event Producer to manages all of the planning and execution of your event, from start to finish. Their responsibilities include:
Establishing the event's vision with the client, potentially sourcing a location and date, and booking the venue(s). Instructing and booking specific personnel in specific roles for the best outcome for the event, including technical, presenters, artists, production teams, facilities teams, and more. Sourcing Suppliers & Researching any sub hire equipment needed for the event, such as lights, cameras, and PA systems, that aren't stocked in house. Working with client's marketing teams to ensure the event is promoted to the audience and that station branding is correct and in line with guidelines. Being present at the event to manage on-site logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure people are where they need to be as planned.
Completing an event debrief to identify what worked and what could be improved for next time and supplying their report to the main client.
