Speaker / Talent Manager

Our Speaker / Talent Managers are required to coordinate with speakers / presenters, and are there to ensure that their needs are met and that the conference program runs on schedule. 
 
Managing their arrival, assisting with check-in, taking copies of presentations and being that speaker's point of call for any problems or requests, taking that stress away from the main event organisers. 
 
Handling on-site operations, and addressing any issues that arise during the event are also key responsibilities. Given the high-profile nature of our client's conferences, our manager must ensure that security protocols are in place and that all relevant parties have a productive and secure experience.
